1. Non-Refundable Nature of Digital Reports
Once your VIN report has been successfully processed and delivered to the email address provided at checkout, the service is deemed fully completed.
As our reports are digital products, they cannot be revoked, returned, or refunded once issued. All payments are therefore final and non-refundable.
2. Accuracy of Data
Car Brief aggregates vehicle data from trusted national and international databases, including government registries, insurance providers, and verified automotive sources.
While every effort is made to ensure accuracy and reliability, we cannot guarantee absolute completeness of the information.
Customers are encouraged to independently confirm any critical vehicle details before making purchase or ownership decisions based on the report.
3. Report Adjustments
If you wish to make a minor modification or clarification to a delivered report, you may contact our support team within seven (7) days of receipt.
Such requests are handled as a courtesy and do not qualify for refunds. Adjustments may include formatting corrections or additional clarifications based on available data.
4. Error Review and Corrections
If you believe your report contains significant inaccuracies, please notify us within seven (7) days of delivery at support@carbrief.eu.
Our team will promptly investigate the issue and, where appropriate, issue a corrected version of your report at no additional cost.
However, please note that corrected or reissued reports remain non-refundable.
5. Why Refunds Are Not Offered
Our reports are generated through automated data queries and instantly delivered as digital goods.
Once generated, the report cannot be revoked or reused, which means the service has been fully performed.
This policy ensures fairness, transparency, and operational integrity for all customers.
6. Customer Responsibility
By purchasing a VIN check from Car Brief, you acknowledge and accept that:
You are solely responsible for entering the correct VIN during checkout.
Reports generated using an incorrect or invalid VIN cannot be refunded.
You understand that report results may vary depending on available public and private database records.
7. Order Cancellations
Orders cannot be canceled once the VIN report has been processed and delivered.
Because report generation begins immediately after payment confirmation, no cancellations or refunds are available once the system initiates data retrieval.
